Changelog:

I’ve fixed several glitches with this HTML so this works better now with no more opening in a new window. If people are interested I could add more radio channels.

– I’ve added 6 new stations to our flash player:

ChartHits.fm
SmoothJazz.com
HardRadio.com
SmoothLounge.com
Seattle’s Hot Jamz
Chill Out Zone

As well as the default (see above) you now also have the option of the following switches to chose which station the player opens when it starts:

Options: charthits, smoothjazz, hardradio, smoothlounge, hotjamz or chilloutzone.

– Added a couple more stations:

EYE 97 Hits
EYE 97 80s

Options: eye97hits or eye9780s.

– Made some HTML coding improvements to the player.

– Fixed several glitches affecting the dark theme player.

– Over the next couple of days I will be adding some new channels to our radio player.

– Added two new radio channels (Party Vibe Radio: Rap and Pop) and a link back to this page for anyone wanting our HTML radio player code.

Options: rap or pop.

– Fixed a problem with the text color on the dark players.

– I’m seeing our radio player put to some really interesting uses out there. For instance it really hadn’t occurred to me that people might use it to start their own radio stations with it which is really very cool indeed, so good work guys! Anyway I’m considering linking back to the more interesting web sites using it. Is that something people would like to see?

– Added our latest radio channel (Party Vibe Radio: Rock).

Options: rock.

– Fixed a glitch with the player options list.

– Added a link to the vbulletin 5.x player code.

– Changed the wording of the footer links and added a Facebook like button to our player.

– I’ve updated the screenshots to show the look player.

– Updated to include two new themes: cassette and ShoutCast radio. Samples are included.

– Updated to include 2 compat themes: small and dark small. Samples above.

– I’ve updated the embedded cassette style radio player to include direct links to the streams and ‘now playing’ information.

Use the following HTML to embed it:

<iframe src="https://www.partyviberadio.com/new-player/embed-auto-cassette/reggae.html" style="border:0px #FFFFFF none;" name="embed" scrolling="no" frameborder="1" marginheight="0px" marginwidth="0px" height="225x" width="375px"></iframe>

03-2016 – The site which has been remotely hosting some of our radio player javascript went offline for a couple of days this month impacting a few our of radio players unfortunately. I will fix this shortly by using local copies only. It’s been several years since we first started using them and they’ve never had a problem before so this outage was very unusual.

04-04-2016 – Reviewed our radio player HTML code today only to discover that quite a few issues had crept in since the last update. Everything works again now, sorry for any inconvenience. The full list of fixes goes as follows.

– Updated the radio player footer links to the new web site address.
– Replaced broken Facebook like button with addthis for added flexibility.
– Some radio streams changed to new ports a while ago which wasn’t updated.
– All our radio players now use the local javascript source from our server only, remote outages are no longer a problem for us.

04-04-2016 – Removed addthis sharing and re-instated facebook like button functionality for all our free radio players.

08-07-2016 – Updated HTML code to include missing closing iframe tags which might be a problem for some web browsers.

17-07-2016 – Updated this thread with links to our new HTML only radio player, an example and the HTML code for which are available below.

<audio src="http://www.partyviberadio.com:8000/;listen.pls?sid=1" autoplay="autoplay" muted="false" controls="controls"><audio>

26-02-2017 – Fixed a problem related to our site wide move to HTTPS protocol only. All iframe players work again now. Sorry for this inconvenience!

26.04.17 – I’ve now converted all our radio players to HTML5 and JavaScript with HTTPS web page support. The old code will start redirecting to the new shortly, meaning there are no changes required by anyone using existing players.

26.04.17 – Of all the uses of our radio player embeds we’ve yet to find anything more interesting that the Virtual Being project, which we find just fascinating. However we’re sure there are plenty of them out there that we’ve yet to see. So by all means if you want a feature on this page. Send us your radio pages for consideration…

20.01.18 – Migrated our radio stations and web site to new hardware over the last couple of weeks which caused a little disruption I’m afraid. Subsequently also fixed a problem with our older non-https radio player code which broke the player.
