Yeah, the Val was my regular hang out around 16-24 ish, as all my mates lived in the area and it was a massive pub that we could all get to AND get served in when we were too young, we then kind of stuck with it for a while as always loads of different peolpe in there. . . Ahhhh . . . . wipes tear from eye while reminiscing . . . Moved on now though 🙂

Did you ever go to any of the squats / free parties at 419 in Leytonstone . . . I think they used to use it as a gallery too for artist types. i think it was called 419, if you’ve been there you’ll know the place!
