May be worth taking it as a one off while you get it in – its likely to be long term use which is the biggest danger for you as the platelet problem will be cumulative over time.[comes down to how much it hurts and whether you would rather put up with it or relieve it – if its bad enough [your call] it may be worth taking the NSAIDs for a day as the effect of that kind of pain on your f*cked immune system may actually be more of a problem for you than that of the NSAIDs used for 24 hours:hopeless:]
