Welcome to the Emission website, with a particular welcome to all those who have attended our previous parties at the Central Club and the Matrix.

Emission is based around a musical framework of drum 'n' bass and nu skool breakz, with the emphasis on upfront, cutting edge music. We are effectively a Reading, UK-based coalition of three collectives; Impact Sound System, Cryonix and Junkchun Ten.

Although the music you will hear at our nights is as tuff as you like, we have a problem with people with bad attitudes. Emission was started as a reaction against the moodiness which has crept into the dance scene, so be prepared to smile and dance your socks off at our nights to some of the biggest basslines and sharpest, funkiest breakbeats you'll hear on this planet.
