Vinyl rarely makes any money anyway……..
because there are so many who can click together some triplet-time basslines with a 303 emulator, send it to ‘jhonny q pressit’ and release it on dave’s webpage. If you were, Gataka, Astrix, Infected mushroom, or Vibrasphere… your vinyl would make money!
If anyone is up for starting a psytrance/goa only online vinyl store, (we’d need a P.O box and a bit of web knowhow) then i’d be up for that! we could make vinyl huge for the psy scene… and then invade parties and push all the technoheads off the decks with relative ease rather than disconnecting and fiddling about with laptops!!!!!
I got so tired of richard. d. james/afx/aphex twin.
His work is like an iceberg; you’ve got the commercial stuff, and probably the real genius but not much of it, like windowlicker, and the underground weird stuff, like selected ambient works, which again, is interesting. and then there’s just heaps, and heaps, and heaps and HEAPS of BORING SHIT.
Thanks for the warm welcome everyone
@process: ignore it then… try the links in the same thread!@cozmic 393568 wrote:
Of all time, from all the years, what do you name your favourite style of music?
tough one for sure, but for me, it has to be acid/hard techno. whats yours shoe?
That’s twice now I’ve read that expression on this forum, and it’s kinda hard not to take it personally.
What do you mean shoe? see?
