spent Friday night/sat morning at exodus at Leeds West Indian centre….dub stepped me little legs off….!!!

I think people can become addicted to and abuse a lot of drugs and have seen many people go down that road…even had a friend die in June from a heart attack – age 22!! Anyhow I think its important that people take responsibility for themselves and their friends….Ive had friends sit me down and talk to me when they think ive been going of the rails a little and that has shocked me into slowing down and taking time out…..you can always have too much of a good thing………

If you love brass eye you should also check out Monkey Dust – think its made by the same people and was never broadcast on telly but you can get the dvd….lok out for ‘mr hoppy and the meat safe murderer….you will laugh your socks offf….

I can indeed have agreat day and have done so far…started a new job today for a community engagement project and they have had nothign for me to do so surfing I have been and many enjoyable things I have found to do…seen as i am back at work my extra special blokey has been walking the dogs for me and will have dinner ready for when I leave…..however wednesay is generally my least favourite day of the week – being the furthest away from the weekend in both directions….roll on the weekend
