Found this recently when i’d hurt my back, don’t know what sorta back pain you’ve had – but fine tune the search a bit there’s lots of self-massage, self-help and how-to vids on there.
Look after your back, alot of damage is permanent. The back never totally recovers, and you only get one back!

Many many moons ago and a day . . . .Me and some mates were up all nite, verrrry messsssy lol – and about 5 or 6 o’clock, i peeked outside and saw that it had been snowing – ALL night!!:bounce_fl:bounce_fl:bounce_fl Well that was that – i found as many coats scarves etc as i could. And . . . after much ado/resistance etc, we went out for an ‘explore’.

Left footprints all round peoples gardens, did no damage, just left figures of 8 in footprints stuff like that – to greet them when they got up and looked out! Childish – nahh – Childish was bundling each other all over the village green n rolling in the snow, arssing about on the kids swings and the roundabout (roundabout not gd when fkd :yakk:)
and that was just the 30 somethings amongst us heehee! Love snow, love childishness! Love being up all nite! Love raising an eyebrow in my neighbourhood – :weee:

One day they will put me in stocks on the green and throw tomatoes at me. Or burn me at the stake 😉

One of the guys i work with, i sussed he loves his oldskool house too, so i sorted him out a couple of old cds n tapes. About 18months ago it was. That was it – no extra frills or spills to this story at all. BUT . . . .
You shoulda seen the EVIL Attitude i got off this woman in the office, who soooo clearly wants his bits (in the biblical sense and all!!) proper grief, the kind that can really affect yr work, u know, undermining me (loudly) creating false impressions of me etc etc -seems like she needs the power trip points for her own self esteem or summat? Me – i say let her have the points,they really are not a big deal to me – i can live with not being ‘all that and then some’ – and they clearly are important to her so . . . (Still get grief from her even now- Pathetic!) Some people just ‘have to’ intimidate and put down, just to survive! I do sometimes bite back nowadays tho 😉

But – also – the guy started to act all on edge around me for a few weeks after that ! :wtf: !!!- until he finally got his head round the fact that i really wasn’t trying to lure him into my seedy den with oldskool choonage! (:laugh_at:weapons of mass seduction maybe?!) (if that had been true, poor sod wouldna stooda chance hehee!)

He’s cool now, glad we got past that bit tho’, its nice to relax n have occasional natterings about all tings oldskool, without having to be on my guard, and all that shit :rolleyes:

Phew! Have had computer probs lately, all fixed, but when this bug happened, i just assumed it was a related prob!! Glad i hadn’t gotten around to taking action to fix it lol – Thankums Mutchums :bigsmile:

I am seriously phobic about wasps. I am not allergic or anything, but last time i got stung, i was escorted to a nearby chemist, and given anti-histermine (sp?!) and a diazepam 😉
Think its the psychological thing with me ie “omfg i have actually been stung, my worst nightmare has come true aaargh!” :laugh_at:

But they really do piss me off – bees at least have some purpose – they make honey 🙂

On a serious note – i have noticed the past week or two – that wasps seem very aggressive and on the attack big time . . . . anyone else seen this? Anyone know why they are so aggro?

They are even totally ignoring my insect repellant stuff ( i’m covered in the stuff! :yakk: :laugh_at:) and that normally works great. They are affecting my day, and not in a small way raaa

they can call ’em what they like, thing is . . . this surely keeps the price down right?! :weee:
