I can see the humour in it but I don’t think using real names and a real club is a good idea, especially as not everyone understands enough German (or would bother) to check details and it is not at all uncommon for artists (at least in the UK and USA) to attack and even murder each other over rivalry or musical differences.
What makes it less believable is a mainland European probably wouldn’t do something like that. They would be far more likely to shoot their rival dead with a rifle or pistol from a distance (and then ride off a bicycle as a getaway vehicle!) or spike their drugs with a PMMA pill or three. but even then that is extremely uncommon as there is so much more tolerance of EDM events in city areas and music/arts as a whole there is no need for anyone to take such extreme measures.
In East Anglia during the heyday of tolerated club events in the 1990s one of the top house DJ’s got seven bells of shit beaten out of him on the doorstep of a club (to the point he landed up in Addenbrookes) by someone attacking him with bare hands and feet. The motive was unclear but simple jealousy or anger is as possible as any involvement with “gangsters”. He did make a recovery but suffered some life long injuries, and this is cited as one of the reasons town nightlife is fairly controlled here.

Actually it’s a noted trait of many “old masters” that they had common arguments and occasional violence.
Apparently Da Vinci and Michaelangelo certainly shared plenty of hot words and the occasional hurled paintbrush at the very least.
My point is, artists are not immune to the human frailties of rivalry and retribution… people in such states of mind, (artist or not) are not being hugely rational, although may show great cunning in executing and concealing their misdeeds.
OK, there could be physical damage or atrophy to such people’s nervous systems, but whatever the root cause, killers just aren’t firing on all cylinders. A few sandwiches short of a picnic. “Moment of irrationality” etc etc etc.

Not only that, but van Gogh’s rival for the affections of the prozzie he chopped his ear off for was Paul Gauguin. I guess it was like an olde worlde version of the John Terry / Wayne Bridge thing, but neither side was a complete and total cunt, unlike John Terry!
