Don’t be phazed mate, I was talking to the people at the job center a month or two ago and they told me that the bigest complaint from clients was that people were not getting any replies from the places they were appling for, let alone interviews.
Some times you just got to spam every where with CV’s and keep doing it till you get a result. It’s not that you’ll not get a job, it’s just it might not be instant that’s all. If you send out enough you WILL get an interviews eventualy, then you just have to impress them and work hard to get the job, you might have to goto a few interviews b4 you get acsepted as well (I’m sure you know this anyway).
Just hang in there mate and don’t blame it on your self as seriously there’s not much out there and alot of people looking. I’ve even been to the job center once, looked through all the local jobs and apart from chefing (what I’m not getting back into for various reasons) there wasn’t a single job i felt i could apply for that was suitable and/or realistic that i could do. Was umming and arrring over a mandarin/english translator job at £30 an hour … till i realised i could only say hello in mandarin. 😥
