thought you meant cod rage as in the fish and it was something people got round your way because the North Sea’s fished out and they are getting withdrawal symptoms from not having their cod and chips or having to make do with foreign substitutes of random fish..:laugh_at:

Get some chill-out music. I have ordered a cd which is meant to be so so relaxing. I shall let you know what it is like.
I find chill-out cd’s to be very effective at making me nod out! raaa

January 21, 2010 at 9:07 pm #1130811Same as 1984,
Been having shit sleep for a week or so now, having a lot of nightmares as well.. some cause me to wake up suddenly, heart racing, rapid breathing and sweating :hopeless:
I thought it could be down to worrying about a close family member having a heart op, but that has now passed and went well so doubt its that

stoped rug usage recently or any other changes in lifestyle? I reckon mine is just the depression mixed with having smoked weed recently then being without it.

January 21, 2010 at 10:41 pm #1130732i’m on sleeping meds, they are not working though.
i’ve recently stopped all drugs and needless drinking and been going to the gym daily. i find i’m pretty anxious and tense a lot of the time, which i presume is drug-withdrawal related. getting better though.

Nah not really, everything is the same as it has been for me for a few months now.. Its strange though as my mood has been a lot better (since I have struggled with sleep), singing whilst walking about, a spring in my step.
I am a zombie until lunch time, struggling to stay awake then I am wide awake for the rest of the day

January 21, 2010 at 11:12 pm #1129126those nightmares/odd sleep patterns / waking up suddenly happen (for me at least) after a heavy weekend partying (not that I do it as much!)
that said some people naturally prefer the night. Thats why I work very strange hours (I am so lucky to have an employer which doesn’t care what hours I do provided the work is done)

I havent really done much heavy partying for a while, I think I just go through phases as it was about 6 months ago I couldn’t stay awake. I would spend more time asleep than awake.
Hopefully it resolves itself pretty soon, or I might just get some vallies and see if that helps me out

January 21, 2010 at 11:30 pm #1129127TBH if its affecting your work/life I’d go and visit the GP. be careful of benzos as they are addictive and if overused just fuck up your sleep patterns even more.
