Thia currys are a personal faveourite.

If your not a great cook what I would do is buy some chicken breasts (1 breast per person) and buy some of the jarred ready made curry sauces, or whatever sort you want (there really cheap and pretty damn good actually), uncle bens is good. then buy some rice, you can get microwavable rice thats good but can be quite expensive.

Chop your chicken breasts into reasonable sized cubes, fry them in the pan with oil for 5 mins, add the sauce and cook for 15-20mins medium heat. the rice should only take about 10 minutes if you cook it in boiling water. Serve with cold beer

        Bon apetit 🙂

hmm chilli con carne! and i spag bol but make your own meatballs (super easy). and potato dauphinoise is surprisingly easy and you could cook it with green beans and a steak or something. and another thing that is really nice and quite easy to make it tagliatelle with green pesto and then mix some prawns in with it.. yum! ^_^

Chicken wrapped in Bacon is an easy winner, with some nice roast veg. get some jerk seasoning in between the bacon and the chicken, proper nice that is.

sadly its mains mums after so she doesn’t have to cook. Its annoying I suggested I cook a meal next week and her reply was “yes that would be lovely if you could cook one meal a week”. The more you offer to do the more they expect grrrr

But then I dont have a job so should really help out more I guess

buy some noodles.fry up chicken pieces, chop up some veg; peppers, spring onions, carrots, broccoli, or use frozen. make up some boullion and add some soy sauce to it. fry the veg & chicken add the sauce. boil/ stir fry the noodles. mix it all up and serve. add chilli if they like it hot!

boil potatoes up and mash. cook up some mince/ veg mince with a little onion and garlic. add frozen peas and carrots. put the mince in a caserole dish. cover with mashed pots & cook in oven until potatoes are browned. you could add cheese to the topping. easy peasy. 🙂

It’s a little bit tricky – but you can allways get ready made bases. Makeing them your self is feasonable tho.
