    Hi all Josh from NTA here sorry about the board going down, but too much grief for the other guy running it cuased him to shut it down. Not nice to bitched about when your runnign a free info service. Would be up for assisting in a new board, PM me if you’d like my input or if anyone would ever like to ask me to play at a northern techno party :weee: :weee: :weee:
    Up for assisting in getting another board running if done in the right way.

    out of interest mate, did people not donate to keep the site going?

    i asked about that as people were bitching and to be fair this is the reasanoble response i got (not from anyone asossiated with NTA btw).

    “I’d forgotten that some people donated cash to keep the hosting going. I don’t think that comes with a guarantee of any future service tho tbh. Gordie sorted out new hosting and transferred everything onto a new board. My (very reasonable) professional rates are £30/hr and I reckon he must have spent at least 3 or 4 hours sorting that all out. Unless they contributed more than £60 each I don’t think they’ve got any moral recourse”.

    There is also the fact that he never asked for a penny for the first however many years the website was up and running.

    Nuff respekt to the NTA board, it served us all well, shame bullshit put pay to it. as i understood it a certain big fella and friends payed for it to keep it running, what happened??? Hope the new board in whatever guise it comes will be used by everyone again as it was a great way of staying in touch with alot of you who i dont see other than at party. Be sure to let me know whats happening and if you need any help just say innit and il do what i can. Lets make 08 one to remember:bounce_fl:bounce_g::bounce_fl:bounce_g:
