i was thinking about it, i didnt take their offer of a solicitor when questioned as i didnt think it was nessasary, they even acknolwledged that i dont appear to be involved with this event, and that its unlikely the charges will hold up.

the annoying this is that i wasnt made aware it had been sectioned, but i wasnt allowed to get in to get to my van so wouldnt have been able to comply even if id have wanted.

i dont know how thorought the search on my pc will but i use automatic passwords on my facebook, here and on squatjuice so i guess theyll check them

as i wasnt involved ive been told the public nuisance charge is unlikely to hold up, and i hope the section 63 wont either.
