THREE men from Oxfordshire have been charged with a licensing offence following a rave held in Reading last December.

Ryan Hawkins, 26, from Shifford, near Witney, Gordon Piggott, 41, of Springfield Drive, Abingdon, and Samuel Cross, 22, from Vernon Avenue, Harcourt Hill, are charged with carrying on unauthorised licensable activity.

Matthew O’Shea, 34, of Thames Road, in Oakley, near Thame, also faces the same charge.

All four were released on bail until a hearing at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Friday, May 30
