best way to stop people snoring is hold there nose, they are forced to breath thro9ugh their mouth and stop snoring (even if only temporarily it can be long enough to drop off to sleep).

I told poly this method some time ago. I don’t normally snore (afaik) but after a good few bevs sometimes I do …. passed out and started snoring at his a few years back he used my tactic against me, waking me up absolutely petrified thinking someone was trying to suffocate me in my sleep lmfao.
