residential BT support is (or was) outsourced to India whilst on business circuits you speak to English or Scottish people.
It doesn’t make that much difference anyway but its clear that its about 3 days time to resolution for residential and 1-2 days for business (even then its still slow if any “real work” like changing RAS profiles needs doing)
