Yep… had to have a little nap yesterday afternoon….
My first year here I used to get only around 3 hours a sleep a night as I couldnt adjust at all.. Now its better BUT I think we need black out blinds on all the windows in the apartment as its warm so we have the bedroom door open and light floods in from the kitchen.

I feel like a zombie this morning. My peepers dont want to open and brain refuses to function.
