Urm has a few big warning signs, also it is pretty hench safety gear I am supposed to wear. Never had any issues in the past so became a bit complacent about the procedure! It was at 8am this morning and I was to engrossed in texting so I had my head up my arse! Looks like I got away very lightly with it and I have learnt a big lesson….

I never imagined a cold burn could be as bad as they are, suppose the way to look at it is that you fry chips at about 180 degrees and LN2 is -192 degrees. treated it like I would a normal burn so suppose that helped a lot
