It was from a few floors up, I didn’t see it until it was too late. I went in and shouted at the landlord for a bit, but he was as confused as I was – the only person upstairs was the chef in one of the back rooms and he swore it wasn’t him. Definitely something fishy going on there though, but I was on my way to a job and didn’t really have time to argue about it.
