that sounds quite interesting, how you finding it? obviously your feeling a bit low at the moment, but you finding it interesting? whats the name of it if you dont mind me asking?
personally i could never really do the meditation very well, but i never put in the practise really, getting up half hour early before i went to work to meditate didnt really appeal tbh.
