have used HTFR on a few occaisons. 1st couple of times no sweat, promt delivery, 1 tune I decided I didnt want, rang them up and very happily offerd a credit on to account(including p+p for return of record).

last time i used them the tune that turned up was clearly not new ( altho they do sell new and 2nd hand records, it did not state this particullar record was old) and very scratched. but again no probs getting refund/credit.
