whilst this is not my cup of tea i think its a great idea and i would love to attend one of these parties, its all about expanding the mind, as to regards of the noise complaints, i think that the “locals” would be more inclined to relax and enjoy the night, although the open and blatent drug use would probably put many off, especially those with kids, whether they bring them or not.
