(all any of these ‘remedies’ do is mask the symptoms they dont do anything else about the root cause – (and st johns wort wont work in time, and rescue remedy has alcohol in it so dont drink the bottle – lol!!)
hense ‘be kind to yourself’ and ‘have faith in your abilities’ I’m guesssing your instructor believes you can do it other wise they wouldnt have put you through again, and it dont matter how many times it takes you’ll get there, I took 3 and loads of friends etc took anything from 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – to even 7!!!)
