Get the acoustic guitar first I would think, then move on to ukulele and banjo. The banjo can be quite difficult to play well! The acoustic (especially if you get a steel string) will be good for developing finger strength and calluses on the tips of your fingers. It’s also fairly versatile and will fit in with what you want to play.
