a group who attack the old bill station because their vehicle has come up on index for being known for metal theft would be viewed as criminals even in the most liberal of countries! even so, people possibly linked to them were allowed to hold Unity Tribe… thats not exactly the work of overly controlling authorities IMO….

there’s loads of other heavy stuff happening worldwide (not just economic depression but resource shortages) so people are going to have to balance fun with their other work/social duties a bit better than they did in the days of abundant energy and money…
