yeah you could or i think you can even just phone them just relax a little but dont put the police off for to long at the end of the day you were driving fine you never broke anylaw so just let them run there inquiry and you should be fine im sure they will have a statement from not just the aggresive guy but the other party involved which should sup[port the fact that he was overtaking you
