i fund everything myself tis the only way it can work, got a couple of lads on the crew but i’ll leve the rig to myself to work out. no arguments then is there?
was getting to the stage where there was to many cooks, so i fired a few people off who actualy did nothing but cause chaos and use the system to try and push there own agendas and nights.
