the systems. the administration of the nhs is fucking diabolical. it’s not the nurses and doctors on the wards that are the problem. it’s cash-strapped and stretched to the max, yet the public complain when it’s given more money. government targets fuck things up too. i don’t know what the solution is, tbh. i don’t really understand the proposed privatisation.
