what a shame, some of people come across as genuine people stuck living in a hole like that. Its just the way it is in a lot schemes across bonnie soctland. I guess everywhere has their fair share of them. TBH its pretty much how it was in the scheme i grew up on, but this place has had a major transformation. ye wouldnae think its the same place now, still got its problems but its a hell of a lot nicer place to stay which rubs off on the residents i think.
