yeah i thought as much ... imagin the tumoil it would cause if you could legaly spoil your balot paper and the amout of people who would vote no confidence ... there would be more people voting that than anything as some one allways has a grumble about what ever party is in power no matter who they are (unless the are die hard suporters) ... but i guess they make it illigal cos they know this will happen and it's TOO democratic to have that much say in a vote
