I have a collection of John Pilger's documentaries on DVD - powerful, hard-hitting and above all, they show integrity.
How I miss the documentaries that didn't seek to sensationalise, showed balance, and explained the situation fully so that you could really get to grips with the issue. Today, i find documentaries seek to portray an issue from the perspective our govt. would like us to take...sensationalising issues to imbue the public with the indignation our govt would like. I used to enjoy Panorama, but the half hour slot is sadly lacking today. Thank you Dr Bunsen. John Pilger is a legend...
