theyve completely re-done the whole site! which is good, cos the old model was way slow and crap, but it had a nice authentic feel to it. the new logo is def inately a bit poo. plus they wiped all the accounts, which is nice cos my post count was getting embarrasingly high...altho losing all the ims was rubbish.

yup have got on there . my link was just taking me to the old site. ya the ims thing is fucking annoying. had lots of important stuff. still they say they will be archived and put back online soon.

just that - if your browser tries to suggest other URLs ignore them as they probably point to the old system. the big clue is when you are on the new one the user interface (the bit you see) has totally changed, its a new PHPbb screen like kacchina.

but if you can't register your user ID then you have to ask whoever is in charge there (last time I looked there was a thread bemoaning the fact various people couldn't register. I'll give the SJ admins there due, they have totally changed the software so its not that simple to migrate the user data across and there will always be some teething problems.
