Need help/advice on how to be confident?

I have a low self-esteem. I am self-conscious. And to make things worse, I have anxiety and OCD. I wasn't always like this. But when high school started, things changed. I became this way when I started 9th grade. I'm now a senior(finishing high school early by taking classes at my local community college).
My insecureness and low self-esteem is keeping me from trying to talk to my crush. Whenever I see him, or know I'm gonna see him, I get really nervous. Like today, I was planning on saying hi to him, but I got so nervous that I broke out into a cold sweat, thought I was gonna throw up, and of course, got way too many butterflies in my stomach that I could handle.
I really want to be able to feel confident and talk to him, but I don't know how.
So how can I develop my confidence to try to talk to him?
Also, I only have 8 more chances of having something develop, and out of those 8 times, we'll probably be in each others company for no more than 10 minutes. But out of those 8 times, it's not guaranteed that I'll see him all those 8 times. Is it too late? The good thing is, we do know each other because our family's and brothers are friends. We just aren't friends.

we all mature and grow at different times so even if you don't manage to speak to this guy in the way you want right now don't worry about it because you will find the confidence to speak to other guys you feel like this about in the future... but right now we are going to try and find a way to speak to this guy
