Xanax vs Diazepam

hi guys this is my first post just wondering what you guys think is better vals or xanax, i find xanax to be so much stronger faster acting and out of system sooner (no wobblies the next day). great for come down's and a quality nights sleep. do you agree? the only valiums iv had that were quality are the roche brand

as far as I knew xanax was an anti anxiety drug not a sleeper, used in the drug scene to stop bad trips or chill you out after long sessions being wired

does it actually help you sleep?

valiums get you to sleep and wind down a trip but stay in your system for ages, in some people it has a half life for 20 hours!

I hear zopiclone is the best way to get to sleep, very short half life and fast acting

helps you get to sleep amazingly well and keeps you out for 10hrs, zops get you to sleep but you wake up within 3 hrs.

you rook. yeah they presecribe most every Benzo for sleep!! they increase GABA in your brain = shut down your overactive dome piece.
