Head rushes are a safe bet. Just hunker down, exhale all the air in your lungs. hold your breath and stand up really quickly and breath in.
fucks you up man.

Probably the least mellow and least fun legal high that exists.

If you are on about the kryptom kratom then be careful.
Drug info - Krypton kratom extract turns out to be O-Desmethyltramadol NOT kratom - Drugs Forum (http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=64188)
It actually contains O-Desmethyltramadol. Stick to the straight up leaf IMO, although the Thai Lyophilized Kratom extract is pretty good.

you could, and here's a wacky suggestion, just come off the coke and not substitute the habit with a new one?
Seen too many people replace one addiction with another

Yeah but if the other addiction is less destructive to your mind, i'd rather replace it with that. Got problems r kid, used to be in the army and got post traumatic stress disorder which is hard to deal with so it takes my mind away from it coz if i don't the demons come out in horrible ways, very hard to deal with. Iraq and Afghanistan really messed with my head.

I suppose... try get addicted to fruit and exercise :D
Are you into psychedelics? They generally help people sort through their problems

I thought psychedelics for people with mental health problems is a bad idea and could make things a lot worse?

not advisable if you have skitzophrenia no. but if you just have issues with stuff that's happened in the past there's nothing quite like it for working through your problems. several people i know with depression, speed addiction, low self esteem, and general all round vile personality have really turned their life around with acid

Sounds risky to me PTSD can be intense and specific and can involve psychosis etc. A good therapist seems like a better option. Plus from my personal experience (I have quite disabling depression) psychedelics just make things a lot worse, especially anxiety/psychosis wise.
Totally take your point that it could help, but I just think its important to point out it could make things a lot worse.

true, especially in uncontrolled conditions it could be pretty nasty
if only psychotherapists were allowed to use acid in controlled circumstances for treatment like they did in the old days :/

Yeah that could be interesting, MDMA was used, if I recall correctly, for psychotherapy originally (before its more fun effects were fully utilised).

yeah they were both used extensively. MDMA was called 'penicillin for the soul' by the therapists who used it, and LSD was widely used also, one therapist with over 5000 sessions and a great track record for beating addictions to alcohol and heroin.

I had minor mental health issues in my mid-late teens (to do with the effects of parental pressure to succeed and associated family problems) - nothing what even ended up with having long term NHS treatment (although being older I grew up in the days when you were expected to "get over it" yourself unless you ended up harming yourself or others.)
I found the use of LSD and other drugs (including "happy" drugs such as MDMA) in the early days very nearly tipped me over the edge to commiting some very nasty and out of character acts for which I would definitely have got institutionalised.
however my usage when I was older and in a more stable environment with a decent job and prospects was much less problematic (other than occasional arrests which are IMO the fault of prohibition).
I would not recommend psychedelic use to anyone who has been through a recent traumatic experience.

I have no idea what advice was good there, so im still clean and im feeling good.
Also met a real nice girl in the gym, things happend in the time i spent with her after the gym when she invited me to her place, after a drink at the local bar.
Things are really good at the moment, i really hope it's the coke that has faded and made me realise how good things are.
