hahahaha

a group of young people from the foster home round here nicked a golf cart and went on a rampage recently

i found it hilarious

its a harmless crime of petty mischeive what is what being young is all about tbh

I think in this case its not 100% harmless as its like nicking art (hence why I left the coppers details in when I normally remove them out of stuff like the "rave warning") - even a golf cart is replaceable but either some kids or a local hippy/stoner made the penguin... that area is a stronghold of green/hippy types who would make such a thing

I can see the humour but hope whoever has it eventually returns it, and they (probably likely to be kids or youths) could do with a talking to from the bobby..

its a bit like how we do raves round here and stuff like backdrops etc goes missing..

initially I thought some of my mates / their families who live in the area had made the penguin and was gonna put it out as a crime appeal!

its the most random crime report I've seen in 15 years of reading them! I hope the penguin is returned in one piece though..
