oh, wups, sounds like u had a bad experience :s :crazy:

anticholinergics sound like things not to be used beyond the recommended dose...

i find promethazine (phenergan, sominex, avomine) very good as an OTC sleeping aid though, 2x25mg and i'm out like a light in 30 mins or so... probably due to it being a first generation antihistamine rather than it's anticholinergic action
