What would you do if you fell in love with someone that you weren't friends with, had a negative past with him/her, and most importantly, don't feel like your good enough for him/her?
There are chances you will see this person a couple of times in the next month or two, but you really are just so confused and frustrated about it, and you can't seem to forget about him/her.

I didnt get any women until I got confidence in myself. ive gone off so many girls because they have low self confidence. my fiance know's she's the greatest girl on the planet and thats why i fell for her

Look, a guy wants to see at least some confidence. IF you tell him, the worst that can happen is he says he doesn't feel the same and you don't see him again. At least you tried.

Until you talk to him, you aren't going to find out what he thinks about you. It's like solipsism, you can't be sure of anyone else's thoughts, just as they can't be sure of yours, as your mind is the only one that knows your thoughts. If you don't tell him, he isn't going to know, and it's not like you're actually giving him any signs whatsoever.

You just need to be confident in yourself and just tell him. Otherwise consign yourself to what daftfader said.

I'd say forget about it all. Just do the things you wanna do and don't worry about it.

You're only 17 so get out there and Ave it. Go to some raves, get fucked up. go cow tipping, etc etc.
