just checked the foreign media and two reality show contestants have already been killed - on Pakistani man drowned in Thailand and a middle aged man from the Phillipines had a heart attack whilst trying to do some sort of "survivor" type challenge.

Although the formats are the same for Asian telly they don't have the health and safety rules the West does...
