So i'm doing a poll for a new health & lifestyle magazine (not really) . on an average weekday night what time do you normally expect to hit the sack?

On a work night about 11ish. Went to bed at 10 last night. Fucking wish i could get back in it now tho. :(

I go to sleep at about 2am, when back in college that'll change to about midnight

If I have a late around 11 - 12 pm, if I'm up at 0530 for an early I try to be around 10pm, but usually fail miserably

I sleep whenever i please.... unless im at work.... but then if i sleep in the afternoon i cant sleep at night then i have to go to work on like 2/3 hours sleep.... my sleeping is fucked... fuck my life.

10-11.30 mon-fri with 6 am rise and whenever or never at the weekends or if i off work :laugh_at:

any time between 2-5am on a weekday and usually between 7-11am on the weekend...

...i hope uni sorts out my sleeping pattern a bit...

its really irregular

which is annoying, other people seem to be able to make themselves sleep, i cant

like if i drop off for an hour between 5and6pm, then i ain't gonna fall asleep till 9am-ish the next day, no matter how much i try, patterns dont exist
