well, having spoken to a pharmacist I am defo not - if offered - having the tamiflu or vaccination - if a drug person says they bad I'm guessing she knows what she's talking about !!

i thought i might have swine flu but turns out i have gall stones which besides causing a lot of pain do make you feel really run down and flu like (when the acute attacks happen)

changing my diet has helped a lot but still am getting the symptoms...

well, having spoken to a pharmacist I am defo not - if offered - having the tamiflu or vaccination - if a drug person says they bad I'm guessing she knows what she's talking about !!

but but... tamiflu is a drug... a drug i haven't tried yet!

heck, all the drugs i've taken have side effects...
