the harsh reality is the govt is trying be PC and not discuss the reality which is that coppers are gonna start just randomly pulling over any youths what look vaguely like they are having a good time just as they did in the 1990s...

the threat of Muslims randomly exploding on our streets has virtually evaporated now but the enhanced surveillance and Police presence is still there..

just went on DSI out of curiosity and there is a huge scary eyeball on there linked to the govt advert

whilst on one level I don't want to diss DSI as it might sound like "sour grapes" from someone linked to "rival" party forums I am a bit worried that they are taking government cash to put these adverts on there, I am ex-Whitehall myself and once the Treasury feels it has handed over taxpayers money to a controversial group they will want their moneys worth in one way or another...

Lol, that advert is freaking. The big eyes are obviously done with easy straight forward diigital editing. I could do that with Adobe Production Suite.

The only other thing to say about it is that it's an epic phail.... It's so removed from reality that it just looks daft...

Was in brighton on friday night/saturday morning, walking into the marina with a load of mates. I was on the verge of k holing, and after i later checked my nose in the mcdonalds toilet, had a ring of white around my right nostril. The police had pulled up next to us, done a circle, gone right past me trying to walk straight and normal (badly i must say) and driven off.

They really aren't that clever...

or maybe just didn't want the hassle of booking in a k-head in a busy custody suite during the weekend, who is also more than likely to be violently ill in their police car...

cops can actually be reasonable sometimes, a drug user who is not at risk of hurting themselves or anyone else isn't the priority in a town centre when there are lots of angry violent people around..

I'm sure you would prefer that they didn't have the streets full of "KB serial units" (riot vans) and nicked every small time drug user in a zero tolerance policy...:wink:
