Biotech found that piece of Behringer kit and although Behringer is basic stuff its can be good starter kit..

I wonder what happened to Dave?

saw that behringer thing on bluearan just after i made this post :)

that will do the job, but i work with 1/4 jack and RCA, is there any (cheap preferably :weee:, as id like to buy retro sweets and handles and paint and other stuff, arent i cool) way of converting XLR to jack and RCA??

cheers :)

If you're up for soldering then this might help, How to Wire an XLR to a 1/4" Jack (http://www.mediacollege.com/audio/connection/xlr-jack-mono.html)

last time i soldered i forget they were hot and grabbed it mid solder. it hurt. i also dropped it and rushed to the bathroom for cold water (this quick reaction made it heal real fast actually :) : ) ), but i forgot that i left it on an expensive carpet. oops.

thanks for the link though :) im in need of a new soldering iron. i may allow an acquantance to do this!

but, thanks! raaa
