I filled out an application form to compete on The Weakest Link (the idea is to give me Ma' a mild cardiac once she sees me on it as she watches the programme all the time) and when I was completing the form I was being a right sarcastic little bugger. Answering questions like 'Do you have any skills or talents' I'd say I can draw a mean picture of any scene from the movie Jaws - and displayed was an effort of a shark eating a stick man that could have been drawn by a 5 year old.

Anyroad, they called me the other day and now I have an audition lined up for the 21st raaa

They want to see what I'm like in front iof the camera and how I perform in a mock round of the game where there's some chick impersonating Anne throwing abuse at me :mad_curse

I cracked on with this audition the other day raaa

There was about 10 of us and it started with us giving a little introduction about ourselves - a bit like the first day at school all over again. Then we had a round of the game where I'm proud to say I got all my questions correct :bulb: The first was some wierd stupid sounding creature that I had to say was either a fish or a bird, very confidently I said bird without having a scoobies what I was being asked. Then I had to tell them Russel Brand wrote the book Bookey Wookey (how I know that I don't know cos I can't stand the twat) and then I had to complete the phrase 'not enough room to swing a cat'

Pretty simple questions really - or maybe I'm just fucking smart??

Anyroad after that it was time for the Anne impersonator - who was so good looking I creamed my pants each time she asked me a question - to start abusing us. She picked on peoples weight / age / jobs etc etc but she didn't really have much to say on me. She picked on a couple of braids I have in my hair, but she knew in her heart of hearts they look cool. She also picked on my scruffy trainers and said they're not very smart for a personal trainer (which I used to be a some time ago). I told her they're scruffy cos I train fucking hard (minus the swearing of course - just added that in for story effect. Americanised it you could say)

After that it was a five minute private interview with a camera pointed at my face like a snipers telescope. Same questions and abuse were chucked at me and the idea is to see how photogenic I am on camers. I was my usualy sarcastic self again.

So alas, they said I'll hear from them in 2 - 4 weeks if I'm successful or should I not here from them at all, compare it to a bad date and take the hint.
