What am i looking at?

Am getting done for possession with intent to supply, i got caught with 70 pills on me and my mate said half was his and because i was going to hand them to him its possession with intent to supply instantly...

Anyhow, its my 1st offence and my girlfriend is pregnant (just foudn out like 2 weeks ago) am in crown court on 14th August n to be honest am shittin myself, dont wanna let my girl down either by bein locked up

Am also on a training course at the moment doin wall & floor tiling which is going really well and if i do get locked up its just gunna fuck it all up

Anyway, question is... what u guys think will happen to me???

To be honest I dont have a clue, depends alot sometimes on the judge you get and their stance on rugs etc

do you have a good solisitor? as they should tell you whats likely

I would just be sooo gutted if i missed the birth of my child and couldn;t support my missus through pregnancy yano wat a mean, not jus myself to think about now, othertwise yea a wudda done the time cause that what a deserve to be fair

however difficult try and stay possitive, 1st offense, baby on the way, a job etc is all gonna go in your deffense

To be honest i think you'll just get a slap on the wrist. If you hold your hands up and admit you fucked up you should be ok.

Also it's your first offence as well, you're doing a course that will benefit the economy and you've got a baby on the way. The courts should take all this into account and hopefully will be leniant with you. You'll be ok mate. Just keep your head down and your nose clean from now to the court appearance. Yeah mate you DEFINATLEY WILL NOT go to prison; its only pills (not coke, H or crack) its only 70 pills (or 35 really) and so you are not a big-time dealer just someone who knocks them out in the clubs (god bless you people)......my mate got caught with about 50 or so acids and a tick list!! and he still only got community service.... and plus just saw you are 23 and so yeah i am SURE you are not going to prison....

Well...

We got pulled up by some coppers in plain clothes outside a dealers student pad so they was obviously watchin the place, we just ended up bein the unlucky ones (me n my 2 mates) they dint av much on em so got off with possession and cautioned...

In interview my mate had already admitted to half of what I had being his so a was sorta backed into a corner off that one, and said yea they was, I had hold of em, they asked if I was gunna give em to him, which I was obv, so thats where the intent to supply has come from...

Now I never said a was gunna be sellin em or anythin, I just said a bought in bulk so a dint have to keep going back (in actualy fact though a was goin to a rave next day ;) ...

They proper turned my house over and found nothin at all, not even lists or or bundles of money or anythin, in their eyes it seems I've co-operated from the begginin, even what my solicitor said too so I siuppose that will go in my favour, also am pleading guilty :wink:

Plead quilty to possesion,kiss the judges ass n tell him how sorry you are for bein such a silly boy,say it was totally out of character,that you will never make same mistake again and promise to be a good boy from now on.Judge just wants to see you squirm so give it him with both barrels............................slap on the wrist and community service at the very worst.
And like i said dont make same mistake again..ie...dont get caught!!!!

i know people who've been caught with lots of coke and mdma, no prison.

then get caught again with lots of mdma, no prison.

and w/e else he's been done for, i know more but what it is i do not

If you know they definitely contain MDMA, I dont suppose there is a lot that you can do, But if you think they might be bunks, then you could say you aren't doing anything wrong, specially if they were shitty piperzianes.Obviously they will get lab tested.

But there have been cases where people where selling piperzaine pills, and they thought they were E, so they got the same punishment as if they were. But if you say from the start that they contain no MDMA and the lab test proves it, then you should be fine.

i heard about some people i know the other month getting caught with 7 grams of mdma, it was tested and turned up to not be illegal at all.... lucky bastards
