View Full Version : What sorta punishment am I looking at?

Im not even sure If Iv been caught but basically,
I had a wrap with around a gram of coke in it, Stupidly the wrap had my name address and phone number on it (Only thing I could find that I could use)
I threw it in a bin when the police were behind me , and they stopped me and searched the bin ... If they had found anything would they have said to me on the spot or taken it without saying anything?

I saw them back near the bin (Weird timing) And they accused me of going to try and get it back (Which I actually wasnt) They searched the bin again and pulled out a couple of syringes out of the bin and then asked me if I injected Which I dont , and I showed them my arms to prove this.

I just basically want to know if Im lookin at any punishment here, or if Iv been really really lucky.

Im tellin ya if this is just a close call , its certainly taught me a fucking lesson!

i think ur alright.. off the hook but if they do find anything im sure theyll be in touch coz they got ya contaact details if they find it lol

It was a van literally packed with police officers so I thought they might just keep it - Or do you think they would have radioed another car to pick me up?

I know it sounds silly that they wouldnt get me for it straight away , especially a class A but I am quite scared so my heads all over the camp,

You reckon Im ok then ?

i think you'll be ok for sure, why would they not arrest you straight away!?

we cannot be bothered to arrest him cos we got a full van..... we'll just leave it for a few weeks then go bust him

I can't get over the fact that the wrap had your NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS!!!! WTF.....why not just get a tatoo on your face saying i take illegal drugs!!!! got to be one of the funniest things i have heard in ages.....

but i also think you are fine,

btw do the ob get your real name and address? if not there is no way they can link it to you......

but i think the moral of this lesson is not make wraps with your contact details....

usually when i score i put my name on it so that if i lose it it will get returned!

To be honest I dont think they did take my name or details, and everyone iv talked to about it thinks that I should thank my lucky stars and that Iv gotten off with it ,

Fuckin close call though

your address on the wrap is not proof it belonged to you

If they so desired they could come round and get a DNA sample and test the wrap, but it's not a worthwhile use of funds so they probably wont bother.

They might of just put a warning to ya name, and might send ya s letter like do it again and its jail time, i dont know much about this stuff though lol. Or they may just be waiting to catch you unawares, but i would say 90% your fine. Make sure you dont have stuff just laying about just in case haha
