any ideas for reciepies? im think dice the steaks pan fry with erbs & spices peppers & oinions sat on a bed of pasta with sum chilli pasta sauce?


any better ideas team?

a shop has just opened up in bristol called zulu and they sell all manner of exotic flim flammerary!! its great! but yeah i started buying exotic meats a few years ago from a local butcher, he had osterich roo etc, and was allways up for ordering in any thing he didnt have! i havent seen it in "regular" shops though

a butcher friend is a good friend in deed!

i would search google for exotic meat but am a bit scared at what the results might throw up :laugh_at:

just tried it and it turns up exactly what you would expect, nothing particularly shocking there unless you're a veggie or animal rights type....
