Coming Back from Germany, Need Advice !

Hey everyone, Im new here! I have been living in Germany for 4 years now and the scene is incredible. I have been to love family park, nature one, time warp, may day, ... I came to Germany from the Bay Area (San Francisco) and was just blown away. There were some good parties in San Fran but nothing like this. I think Im going to miss this the most about Germany :( So to the point, is there a scene left in northern California? If so does anyone have any insight into it? I remember 1015 Folum, the End Up, Ibiza, few others. Now that I look back these are weak compared to whats here *sighs*.

Does anyone see a way to revive the scene in the US? Are there any movements underway? The vibe alone should be enough to start a revolution :) Anyway thanks for the advice and for sharing your thoughts!

I'm a Brit (and not allowed in USA without pre-approval because I have cautions(infractions) for drugs) but I had noticed the US scene has died down a bit. I think this is because of dubyas war against drugs but maybe things might quietly change now he's got the boot..

I don't think Obama is superman but being a bit less harsh on drugs/partying might work out in his favour as a "bread and circuses" type of thing, I know in England when Tony Blair (who is very similar to Obama) got elected he initially did slack off against drugs law enforcement...

I expect there must be also a lot of foreclosed buildings and maybe even warehouse/club buildings people could party in and where they owners might be prepared to let people hire them more so than when economic times were better...
