Crisis While Having Sex

Hello everybody,

I'm writing with the hope that somone will be able to help me with a problem I have recently encountered. I live in Europe and for almost 2 years I've been chatting with an American man, aged 45 (I am 33).

We met last summer in my country and everything went fine, he is an educated special man and soon I will go meet him in the US. In all this time we've been chatting and (I don't know if this is good or not) have been having sex online.

Everything was ok until one day when he all of a sudden started behaving very strange, like he never did before, he strated yelling while having an orgasm, then I heard him throwing out (it was the fourth time he was having an orgasm in course of 3 hours), groaning loudly like somebody who was in deep pains, fisrt I thought was that he was having a heart attack, I got so scared and am still in state of shock. I know he was doing drugs long before we met, I never did drugs I would hate him to do that.

Please explain to me what happened to them because he keeps avoiding giving explanations, I wouldn't like to leave him because I am sure he really cares for me and I care for him so much either.

Please help me if you can, thank you so much...
