what dont u understand? you make account then you use paypal like a bank card exept paypal pays for you, then your bank pays paypal. much safer

when i tried to use it it wouldnt register my card or something. much easier to blag other people to buy me things (like beat herder tickets:love:). and it means im safe from ebay temptations.
